By accessing and using Decster.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Decster.ai is an AI-powered learning platform that provides:
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User Roles: Decster.ai supports multiple user roles including Creator Admin, Creator Editor, and Student. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities within the platform.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.
User Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to Decster.ai. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI systems, including assessments, roadmaps, and chat responses, is provided for your use but remains our intellectual property.
Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
